PAYMENT
A deposit is due at the time of booking to
guarantee your reservation. A damage
deposit of $500 is due with payment and
will be reimbursed after check-out
providing there is no damage.
This includes any extra cleaning services
required if the property is left in an
unreasonable condition. The person whose
name is on the reservation is responsible
for the actions of all visitors or guests
on the premises. Full payment for the
accommodation is due 30 days prior to your
arrival (60 days over Christmas and New
Year season).

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellations made more than 30 days (60
days for Christmas and New Year season) prior
to arrival with no penalties.
Cancellations
made less than 30
days prior to arrival (60 days for
Christmas and New Year season) are non
refundable, however we will do our best to
rent the accommodations and a credit for the full
amount will be held on your behalf to be applied
to another reservation anytime in the 12
month period from the arrival date of the
original reservation.

SMOKING
Our unit is designated as non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted outside on decks and
patios and ash pots are provided for this
purpose.
NO
PETS
Pets are not allowed in any of the
properties. Violation of the no pet policy
will result in eviction and a cleaning
charge will be assessed.

Local calls are free and long distance
calls can be made with a calling card or
cell phone.
