Check-in / Check-out Times
Guaranteed check-in time is 4 pm on the
date of arrival. Check-out time is 11 am.
Late check-out requests can occasionally
be accommodated but must be approved and
arranged prior to your check-in.
Kitchen
Offering full kitchen including microwaves
and dishwashers. The kitchen is very well
equipped with pots, pans, small appliances
and utensils to prepare almost any type of
meal for your entire party. A gas BBQ is
also provided for your use. The home will
have enough place settings and cutlery for
the maximum occupancy of the property
(e.g. If the home sleeps 8 people there
will be place settings for 8). The kitchen
will be supplied with: tea towels, dish
cloths, coffee filters, paper towel,
garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher
soap.
Linens
& Things
All beds are completely made up for you
with high quality pillows and
comfortable duvets. Pillows, and duvets for
Murphy beds will be found in the den
closet. Bath, hand, and face towels are
provided.
Please
bring extra towels for the beach. Each bathroom is supplied
with toilet tissue and soap. Table top ironing boards
and irons are also provided. We do not
offer linen and towel changes during your
stay please bring any extra supplies or
linens that you may require.
Telephone
& TV
Equipped with private telephone line and
phone number only for local use, and all
long distance must be made using your
personal cell phone or calling card. Also we are equipped with
cable TV, DVD, and Stereo with CD player.
